A special public welfare activity called "One Bottle of Water Relay" has started in several China's cities, such as Zhanjiang, Hangzhou, and Shanghai.

This charity activity is designed to send out free bottled water to outdoor workers, such as sanitation workers, security guards and garbage collectors, to appreciate their hard work in the sweltering heat.

The activity also engages new media technology, simply asking people to scan a QR code on the poster to join.

It will last until the end of August, through the entire days of summer.
