Piers, who co-hosts Good Morning Britain with Susanna Reid, let rip at the 37-year-old, who’s recently faced a backlash over public spending and keeping Archie’s christening private.

Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-anchor of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week.

Piers, 54, has been vocal in his criticism of the new mum in the past, after claiming she ‘ghosted’ him soon after meeting Prince Harry.

In his fresh tirade against the new mum, he listed his ten-point plan for how she can win over the public.

And a big part of that is accepting that she is a public figure, and to stop trying to demand privacy when out and about, for example at Wimbledon.

Meghan is said to have demanded people not photograph her while she was out watching tennis.

Piers said her behaviour was “shameful”, writing in the Mail: “Your ridiculous behaviour at Wimbledon this week showed me you haven’t understood that being a royal is very different to being a celebrity.”

And he referenced the outrage The Duke and Duchess of Sussex sparked after refusing to reveal who were Archie’s godparents, days after their £2.4 million bill for renovating Frogmore Cottage was published.

Piers added: “Nobody likes a two-faced control freak who wants to turn on and off the publicity tap when it suits her, especially when they’re paying for much of your lavish lifestyle.”

He called the refurbishment price-tag “outrageous extravagance”, claiming she deserved the negative press she and Prince Harry received.

The first piece of advice he delivered to Meghan was to “share, don’t suppress, basic information about your life”.

He advised her to “stop showing off” her “unimaginable wealth and luxury”, with her expensive and highly publicised baby shower simply shoving her wealth down the public’s throat.

Piers called the £300,000 event filled with A-listers "obscene", adding her use of a private jet didn't help her public image.

He compared the five-day bash to something the Kardashian’s would throw, suggesting she “cools the ostentatious jets”.

Serena Williams Says Meghan Markle "Couldn't Be a Better Friend" After Wimbledon Visit

Serena Jameka Williams is an American professional tennis player. The Women's Tennis Association ranked her world No. 1 in singles on eight separate occasions between 2002 and 2017. She reached the No. 1 ranking for the first time on July 8, 2002.
Serena Williams Says Meghan Markle "Couldn't Be a Better Friend" After Wimbledon Visit
The tennis pro came to the Duchess of Sussex's defense on Thursday after the royal made headlines over her Wimbledon appearance last week.

As royal admirers will recall, the new mom attended The Championships last Thursday to watch her BFF's match against Kaja Juvan. However, Meghan drew criticism after rumors spread that she had asked her protection officers to tell spectators not to take her picture because she was at the tournament "in a private capacity." Some even called attention to photos of Meghan sitting next to a few people in the stands with empty rows behind them.

When asked whether she hoped the royal would ignore the haters and continue to attend her matches, Serena said she "didn't know there was negative media out there."

"Any time I see her name attached to anything, I don't read it," she said. "She couldn't be a better friend to me. Low moments, high moments—she's always there. That's all I want to be to her."

There's no denying the two are close. After all, the two have known each other since 2014, and Meghan invited Serena and the tennis champion's husband Alexis Ohanian to her royal wedding with Prince Harry. Serena even hosted a baby shower for Meghan when she was pregnant with her first child Archie Harrison.
