The BOWEN Web Design Scholarship is a $1,500 scholarship awarded semi-annually to full or part-time students, with a declared major related to web design or development. The winner(s) will also receive a design critique from our top designers at BOWEN. There are two award cycles each year with deadlines on July 1st and December 1st.

4- The AU Emerging Global Leader Scholarship at American University, USA

The AU Emerging Global Leader Scholarship promotes educational access and opportunity while enhancing international diversity. Bringing together the best of AU - academic excellence, leadership development, and global engagement - the AU Emerging Global Leader achieves, inspires, and serves with vision. The AU EGL is dedicated to positive civic and social change, and will return home to improve under-resourced, underserved communities in their home country.

The AU EGL scholarship covers all billable AU expenses (full tuition, room and board) for one international student who will need a visa (preferably an F-1 or J-1 student visa) to study in the United States. The scholarship does not cover non-billable expenses such as mandatory health insurance, books, airline tickets and miscellaneous expenses (approximately U.S.$4,000 per year).

The AU EGL scholarship is renewable for a total of four years of undergraduate study, based on continued satisfactory academic performance.


5- Diversity Ambassador Scholarship at University of Lowa

The Diversity Ambassador Scholarship program provides awards to study abroad for a semester or academic year program. The scholarships are intended to support the diversification of students who study abroad. Upon completion of the study abroad program and return to UI, award recipients are asked to submit a photo and an open letter to prospective students for use on our diversity web pages, or suggest an alternate means of sharing with prospective students. Open letters are especially helpful as they reach the broadest audience. All Diversity Ambassadors will be invited to share their experiences abroad with prospective students from underrepresented groups on campus through outreach events.

Up to six (6), $500 Diversity Ambassador Scholarships will be awarded for the Spring and Fall semesters/Academic Year.

6- Texa State International Scholarships, USA

International students are encouraged to apply for academic scholarships at Texas State. Applicants must be currently enrolled or admitted to Texas State by the scholarship deadline in order to be considered.

Assured Scholarships are automatically awarded to all qualified international students who are admitted to Texas State as first-time incoming freshman and meet the minimum scholarship qualifications prior to their first fall or spring semester.

International freshmen

If you are an international student who is a freshman for the 2020 – 2021 academic year, you may submit your scholarship application via BOSS. Applicants must meet Assured Admission.

International transfers

7- Berea College International Student scholarship, Kentucky, USA

8- The University of Toledo Undergraduates international student scholarship, USA

The University of Toledo offers two admission scholarships to qualified international students. You will be considered for all of these awards by submitting a completed application for admission. No additional application for scholarship is required. A completed admission application includes the application for admission, all official academic transcripts, the official letter from your sponsor’s bank verifying sufficient funding, and your international English language proficiency test scores, if taken. The International Student Scholarship and Sister Cities Award may not be combined.

International Student Scholarship 

Award amount: $7,500 or $8,500 (beginning 2019-2020 academic year)
Minimum Requirements: 
$7,500 - 3.0-3.49 cumulative higher education GPA at the time of admission 
$8,500 - 3.5 and higher cumulative higher education GPA at the time of admission

Who Qualifies: The International Student Scholarship is offered to new undergraduate international students who are entering the university as freshmen or as transfer students, and who have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

9- Holland Scholarship: Study in Holland

The Holland Scholarship is meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do their bachelor’s or master’s in the Netherlands. Are you ready for the chance of a lifetime? Apply for the Holland Scholarship!

This scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science as well as several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.

The scholarship amounts to € 5,000. You will receive this in the first year of your studies. Please note that this is not a full-tuition scholarship.

You can now apply for the 2020-2021 academic year. The deadline for application is either 1 February 2020 or 1 May 2020. Please check the website of the institution of your choice to confirm the correct deadline.

11- Webster World Traveler Program Award: USA

FLY FREE with the Webster World Traveler Program (WWTP). Full-time undergraduate or graduate students at Webster University may qualify for a free round-trip ticket to one of Webster’s International campuses or partner institutions.

Undergraduate students must have earned at least 15 credit hours at Webster University and graduate students must have earned at least 9 credit hours at Webster University in order to be eligible for the award. All applicants must be in good academic, social and financial standing with the university and must plan to study abroad for at least one academic term.

Applicants must submit the online application by the appropriate study abroad deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.

Study Abroad Scholarships:

The Next Century Leaders Endowed Scholarship Fund (a.k.a. The Centennial Scholarship)

The Next Century Leaders Endowed Scholarship Fund is a non-renewable award for degree seeking sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students enrolled at Webster University. Students studying in any school or college enrolled at any Webster University campus are eligible to apply. Undergraduate applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and graduate recipients must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
The award will supplement the cost of tuition, housing or program fees associated with the study abroad program, or the cost of airfare. A complete application will include the online application, a statement of purpose, and recommendation letter. 
The Marilynne Bradley Endowed Fund for Undergraduate Study Abroad 

Full-time, degree seeking undergraduate students at the Webster University St. Louis campus are eligible to apply. Applicants must be in good academic and financial standing with the university. Preference is given to students from the School of Education.
Awards will be applied to the cost of housing at any of Webster University's international campuses or to the fees associated with short-term study abroad opportunities. Applicants must apply online by the appropriate deadline in order to be considered. Awards are competitive and amounts vary.

The Dr. Neil J. George Endowed International Study Scholarship

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate degree seeking students who have completed at least one term of study at the Webster University home campus in St. Louis or at one of the University’s domestic extended campus locations.
Applicants must be in good academic standing. Scholarship funds can be awarded for a term, semester, or year abroad with a minimum award of $1,000. A complete application will include the online application, a statement of purpose, and two letters of recommendation.

The Dr. Roy Tamashiro Endowed Travel Scholarship

Applicants must be undergraduate (sophomore, junior or senior) or graduate degree seeking students. All applicants must be enrolled in a Webster University sponsored study abroad program, short-term global hybrid course, international practicum, internship or international service learning program.
Scholarship consideration will be given based on the quality of essay, academic standing and financial need.

The Marianne E. Gleich, BA '66 & Peter A. Gleich Endowed Scholarships for Undergraduate Study Abroad 

Full-time, traditional undergraduate students at any Webster University campus are eligible to apply. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Awards will be applied to the cost of housing at any of Webster University's international campuses. A complete application will include the online application, a statement of purpose, and an unofficial transcript. Applicants must apply online by the appropriate deadline in order to be considered. Awards are competitive and amounts vary.

The Yakko and Richard S. Meyers Japan-United States Study Abroad Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is for undergraduate and/or graduate students who are United States citizens from the US and must be enrolled at Webster University at the time of the proposed travel and study. Applicants must be studying abroad in Japan for a minimum of sixteen weeks. Awards may be used for tuition or travel expenses.
A complete application will include the online application, a statement of purpose and recommendation letter. 

Leif J. Sverdrup Scholarship 

Applicants must be full-time, degree seeking undergraduate or graduate students who plan to study abroad at any Webster University campus and plan to study abroad for one or two terms. All applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 in all coursework completed at Webster.
Undergraduate applicants must have attained sophomore, junior or senior status with at least 30 semester credit hours in residence at Webster University. Graduate applicants must have completed 12 credit hours at Webster University.
Priority is given to undergraduates who plan to spend one semester or longer at a Webster international campus. A complete application will include the online application, a statement of purpose, a letter of recommendation, and an unofficial transcript. Applicants must apply online by the appropriate deadline in order to be considered. Awards are competitive and amounts vary.

Vision Fund Study Abroad in St. Louis Scholarship

This scholarship is open to any undergraduate or graduate, full-time, degree seeking student at Webster Ghana or in Webster programs delivered in Uzbekistan who will study abroad at Webster St. Louis for a term or longer.

To be eligible, students must be in good social, financial and academic standing with the university. Preference will be given to students with a 2.5 GPA or higher.

Applicants must apply online by the appropriate deadline to be considered and must submit a scholarship essay and one recommendation. Awards are competitive and the average amount will be $1,500. The scholarship will supplement the cost of tuition, housing, health insurance, textbooks or meal plans.


12- International students Study Abroad Scholarship: USA

International students who are currently enrolled at the University of Iowa are encouraged to consider participating in an approved study abroad program. This International Student Scholarship will be awarded via a competitive, merit-based application process. Eligible students must participate in an approved Study Abroad at an institution outside the United States (but not in their home country) for a semester (granting at least 12 s.h.), or academic year (granting at least 24 s.h.) program.

One (1), $1,000 International Student Scholarship will be available for each semester.

18- Victoria University ASEAN Scholarships for Brunei and Singapore

These scholarships ensure that the New Zealand-ASEAN Scholars programme is comprehensive in its regional scope. Victoria offers four scholarships per year to PhD applicants from Singapore and Brunei (two awards are made to Brunei and two to Singapore).

History

Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) established these PhD scholarships in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) to recognise New Zealand’s strong commitment to active engagement with the ASEAN region.

Eligibility

Successful applicants should have an outstanding academic track record in a relevant discipline. The applicant will be expected to havecompleted a Bachelor's or Master's degree with academic distinction equivalent to a First Class Honours degree at a New Zealand University. 19- The University of London Huguenot funding for International Students in UK, 2019

The award will be made to a student working for a higher degree on a Huguenot subject, i.e. the study of any activity of the French, the Dutch, the Flemish or the Walloon Protestants from the 16th century to the present, in any geographical area. ‘Activity’ will be interpreted in the widest sense.

Eligibility requirements: 

Applicants may be of any nationality or academic affiliation, but they must be registered for a postgraduate degree in History, or a closely related subject.

20- Chemistry Tercentenary International masters programmes in the UK, 2020-2021

The Tercentenary International Masters Scholarship Scheme helps outstanding postgraduate taught masters students from outside the United Kingdom and European Union to study in the School of Chemistry by providing for some of the costs of their training.

Awards

The scholarship will have a value of £28,600 and will cover your tuition fees and will be tenable for one academic session. This award cannot be held concurrently with fully-funded scholarships. It can, however, be combined with other partial funding.
