The University of Oxford in collaboration with Said Business School have two types of scholarships available for exceptional female candidates at each intake of the Executive MBA programme.

This programme is for experienced senior executives educated to degree level or higher.

The Forté Foundation Fellowships for Women

Saïd Business School is a proud member of the Forté Foundation, a non-profit consortium of major corporations and top business schools working together to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, opportunities, and a community of successful women.

The Oxford Executive MBA Scholarships for Women in association with the 30% Club

The aim of these scholarships, in association with the 30% Club, is to support female candidates of merit and to encourage an increase in women considering senior leadership roles.

This information relates to the September 2020 and later intakes of the programme.


The Forté Foundation Fellowship for Women provides £25,000 towards the programme fee.
The Oxford Executive MBA Scholarships for Women in association with the 30% Club cover 50% of the programme fee.

Number available

One Forté Foundation Fellowship and two Oxford Executive MBA Scholarships for Women in association with the 30% Club are available, per each intake of the EMBA programme.

The Oxford Executive MBA enables current and future leaders to make a difference in their chosen field.

You will:

  • Be a part of a global exchange of ideas and knowledge, in the Oxford tradition
  • Learn to make connections between decision-making processes within a complex organisation
  • Analyse global complexity in depth, experiencing cultures first-hand on two international modules
  • Become a strategic leader
  • Learn how to think entrepreneurially through a group venture project
  • Designed to be both intellectually challenging and practical, the programme consists of 17 week-long modules. These run approximately every six weeks to fit alongside your work commitments.

You will study with participants from all over the world, from a wide range of sectors and organisations, allowing you to forge powerful connections.

By the end of the programme, you will be equipped with the skills to take your career to the next level.

Selection criteria

Academic achievement (Assessed through CV, transcripts, scholarship statement)
Professional achievement; in particular evidence of leadership, or leadership potential (Assessed through CV, scholarship statement)
A desire to inspire/act as a role model (Assessed through scholarship statement)
A readiness and enthusiasm to become a committed ambassador for the School, representing the School’s values, both whilst on the programme and beyond. (Assessed through scholarship statement)
